I have personal and professional experience supporting those with life-limiting illnesses (cancer, dementia, MND) and at end of life. The essence of my approach is person-centred, offering healing presence while honouring the personhood of my clients. My holistic approach includes supportive counselling and practical guidance for family members and friends.

With over 25 years’ experience as a Reiki practitioner and intuitive massage therapist, I provide gentle physical touch therapy when needed. My qualifications include a Diploma in Counselling (SACAP) and Introduction to Palliative Care Course (UCT). I completed Soul Care training in 2020 and am the Administrator and Co-ordinator for the Soul Carers Network since 2022.
